77td Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 77td website at 77td.org and all associated services, features, games, and content accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by you on the 77td Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 77td Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and available for wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or cashback awarded by 77td subject to wagering requirements and separate promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Balance or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or regulatory requirement.

To register and maintain an active account on the 77td Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced and reflects both regulatory requirements and 77td's commitment to responsible gaming.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and organizations are not eligible to hold a 77td account.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 77td or any other gaming operator, and must not be registered on any national gambling self-exclusion register applicable to you.
• You may hold only one active 77td account. Any subsequent accounts created by the same individual will be deemed duplicate accounts and closed.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 77td to close your account and confiscate any balance therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77td account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your 77td account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.
• You must notify 77td immediately if you become aware of or suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 77td will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from 77td, it should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• 77td reserves the right to lock your account as a precautionary measure if suspicious activity is detected, pending identity verification.

77td accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional or modified payment methods may be offered or withdrawn from time to time at 77td's sole discretion.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the 77td cashier screen at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• 77td may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be completed until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• 77td reserves the right to apply a processing fee to withdrawals in certain circumstances, which will be communicated to the Player before the transaction is confirmed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

77td offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which must be read carefully before opting in. The following general conditions apply to all 77td promotions:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• 77td reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional terms through hedging or low-risk betting strategies — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• 77td reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds from a Player's account if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the Player has engaged in or attempted to engage in bonus abuse.
• In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

All casino games available on the 77td Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to those providers' individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all 77td games:

• All slot and RNG-based table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator algorithms, independently tested and certified by accredited third-party laboratories. 77td does not manipulate and cannot alter game outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the long-run theoretical return of each game over millions of game rounds. Individual session outcomes will naturally deviate from theoretical RTP figures.
• Technical malfunctions void all bets and plays affected by the malfunction. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure before the round is completed, 77td will credit the original stake to the Player's account.
• 77td reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a game outcome resulted from a software error, exploit, or fault rather than the normal operation of the game.

In relation to the 77td sportsbook and betting services, the following rules apply in addition to the general Terms above:

• All bets are accepted at 77td's sole discretion. 77td reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake on any market without explanation.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error — including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or typographical errors — may be voided by 77td at its discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to applicable odds at the time of bet placement. Any bet placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.
• Bets may be settled using official results from governing bodies (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket events). Where no official result is available, 77td may use its own judgment to settle markets based on available evidence.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the relevant market page. These limits may be adjusted at any time.

77td is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gaming should be an entertaining activity, and 77td actively promotes responsible gaming as a core operational value.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits through their account settings at any time. These limits take effect immediately once set.
• Players may request a cooling-off period (temporary self-exclusion) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks through their account settings or by contacting 77td support.
• Players who wish to permanently self-exclude from 77td may do so by contacting the 77td responsible gaming team. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect immediately and will not be reversed for a minimum period of 5 years.
• 77td reserves the right to impose deposit or loss limits on any account where it identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling, without requiring consent from the Player.
• 77td will not knowingly permit a self-excluded Player to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77td Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (Real Money and Bonus), and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering or operating more than one 77td account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in a manner designed to circumvent or exploit technical systems, including but not limited to exploiting software bugs, unauthorized bots or scripts, or reverse-engineering any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or on the sportsbook to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including unauthorized use of payment cards or mobile wallet accounts belonging to third parties.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times or in any manner not permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

All content on the 77td Platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and data, is the intellectual property of 77td or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 77td Platform without 77td's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77td shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or economic loss, even if 77td has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77td does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk. In all cases, 77td's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77td account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 77td's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

77td reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes;
• The identity of the account holder cannot be satisfactorily verified;
• A responsible gaming concern necessitates account restriction in the best interests of the Player; or
• Regulatory or legal obligations require 77td to take action in relation to the account.

On account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to 77td will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

You may close your 77td account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Once closed, your account and associated data are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

77td reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 77td will notify registered players via email or a prominent notification on the Platform with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77td is licensed. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 77td's support team to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of it being raised with 77td, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights pending final resolution of a dispute.

All communications in dispute proceedings shall be conducted in English. These Terms, and all communications between you and 77td in relation to your account, are conducted in English as the governing language.
